We are now looking for an experienced Gas-safe registered subcontractor to enable us to accomodate existing and future contracts.
All candidates will be required to demonstrate at least 3 years experience in gas central heating installation, repair and maintenance.
Responsibilities to include - but not limited to :
1. Installation of conventional and combination boilers
2. Installation of vented/unvented hot water cylinders
3. Issuing of Gas Safety certificates for domestic properties
4. Boiler servicing
5. Boiler breakdown diagnostics and repairs
Should you be successful with your initial application you will be required to provide us with:
1. Gas safe registration documents and identity card
2. Original certificates of competency in your discipline - eg Gas boiler installation etc
3. Current public liability insurance
4. Details of any existing or previous trading names
5. 3 verifiable professional references

After probation you will receive a 5% increase on your contractor rates.
After 3 months this will increase by 10%.
